PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING OUR COMPOSITE PRODUCTS AT MANNINGHAM CONCRETE. 

FITTING

MAINTENANCE

All of our composite products are low maintennace, they do not need to be painted stained sealed or oiled. However we do reccomend a periodical clean of any composite materials to avaoid the accumulation of surface dirt and keep the material in the best possible condition to enjoy year after year. SAMPLES

Upon request of buyer, samples will be provided. The sample provided will be a representative of the composite range requested, colour deviation will be accepted by the buyer as a natural occurance unavoidable through manufacturing. Our recycled timber components are organic products and exact colour and density will fluctuate accordingly. 

It is the responsability of the buyer that represents a client to understand that the end product may or may not match the samples provided. 

 

DISCLAIMER

Although our composite materials are durable and long lasting. Of the two ranges we offer, each has benefits over the other;

Essential/Legna composite decking products attain an exreamly good slip resistance score in accordance to PTV Slip Test BS 7976-2:2002 (Four S / Slider 96) in both wet and dry conditions however, this surface is not resistant to scratching or changes in colour with exposure to UV light and some change may present in lighter colours in the Clarity range. (Wood plastic composites contain natural wood fibres which contain organic lignin which is the timber compound that greys with exposure to UV. Darker colours which contain large amounts of dye in do not show this greying)

Plus composite decking products do not attain as significantly high slip test resistance in PTV Slip Test BS 7976-2:2002 (Four S / Slider 96) however, they are scratch and stain resistant and are warrantied for colour change with exposure to UV light.

 

DELIVERY

Manningham Concrete Ltd gives no warranty that the courier or delivery vehicle shall deliver at the arranged date or time. We cannot issue any compensation for late deliveries so please do not arrange for any builders, joiners or fitters to be carrying out the installation on the day of delivery. Once the goods have been packaged and signed over to the courier or delivery vehicle the materials will be delivered to the pre-arranged address. 

 

WARRANTY

Under normal use and service conditions, the product is guaranteed for a period of 20 years  (Essential/Legna) from the date of the original consumer purchase against structural damage from fungal decay, termites, rotting, splintering or splitting only. Or 25 years (Plus) from the date of the original consumer purchase against structural damage from fungal decay, termites, rotting, splintering or splitting and colour change with UV exposure only. If a fault occurs with the decking within the warranty period, then the purchaser shall notify Manningham in writing. Manningham Concrete Ltd will investigate the fault and if necessary, appoint a representative to inspect the deck (any expenses incurred by Manningham Concrete Ltd will be charged to the purchaser at cost and will be fully refundable if our suppliers product is found to be at fault).

If the material is found to be at fault, then we will either replace the material or refund a percentage of the original material purchase price. Manningham Concrete Ltd will not accept any claim for any consequential losses, nor will any recompense be made to the customer for initial installation costs.

If there is any dispute over a claim, the decision of Manningham Concrete Ltd is final and binding.

 

PRIVACY

Manningham Concrete Ltd. respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We only share your personal data outside Manningham Concrete Ltd. with your consent, as required by law or to protect Manningham Concrete Ltd, its customers, or the public, or with companies that help Manningham Concrete Ltd fulfil its obligations with you, and then only with partners who share Manningham Concrete Ltd.’s commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time you may contact Manningham Concrete Ltd with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request alteration or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.

 

STORAGE

Our Composite materials should be stored under cover, protected from weather and in the shade, until ready to install. Essential/Legna products are subject to change in colour with extensive exposure to UV light. For this reason all products should not be stored outside and or covered with plastic sheeting. Manningham will not be held responsible for issues that arise from poor storage.

 

RETURNS

Manningham Concrete Ltd will only grant return and refund of exessive purchase if the product is in full health, delivery expenses incurred by return will be charged to the purchaser at cost. A 25% restocking charge is applicable to returned goods aswell as a delivery charge that applies to your address.

Should there be any immediate issues with the products purchased or you are unsatisfied with the condition of the pallet/items when delivered, you must indicate this on the proof of delivery note signed for the receipt of the goods. Please also ensure to take pictures as evidence of the issue and notify Manningham immediately (within 5 working days MAXIMUM) via email to fencing@manninghamconcrete.co.uk. Our team will resolve as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

Goods must be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days from the purchase/delivery date. Refunds/exchanges will not be accepted once the 28 days from acceptance of goods has lapsed.
